“Very nice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2012

We stayed here in april the staff at the counter did take a while, Probably 10-15 minutes to check us in but we didn't mind as long as they got it right which they did. The room was clean & the bed comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast the next morning was a continental one but there are only 4 tables so you have to share with someone. Breakfast wasn't anything much but it did the job. It is very close to Kmart & other stores if you need anything for your trvels. Also close to a I Hop resturant.

“"Look Mom!!!"”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2012

My family and I checked-in around 1am, the front desk clerck was very nice. Once we got to the room the first thing my husband said was "it stinks" I made a quick inspection of and found a couple of blood stains on one of our beds. It was'nt such a big deal so we just asked for an extra blanked and placed it over the stain. The next morning when we came back up from breakfast, "witch was great" We started to unpack and to our surprise my 3 year old son found dryed up DOG POOP in the closet. They had given us a pet friendly room. I quickly went dowstairs and asked for the manager, he apologized and upgraded us to as suit wich was very nice. Over all the front desk staff where excellent and beisdes the ant infestation by the spa & pool, the stains on the sheets, the dog poop & the attitude i got from the owner/manager when i asked for extra coffie and some sugar, our stay was'nt all that bad. But we will not stay there again....

“Where is the quality.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2012 via mobile

We arrived late at night and found that the hotel's understanding of adjoining rooms and ours is completely different. The overnight clerk was kind enough to change our two rooms to a suite so that we could care for a member of our family with dimentia. Well fast forward to our return the following night to find out they wanted to charge is extra for downsizing from two rooms to the suite.

Most importantly there was mold in our room which was reported to the front office the first morning we were there. Upon return we found the room in the same condition we left it. No room service was done. Mold was still there.
After 30 minutes talking in a circular fashion with the owner we chose to leave. Nothing was going to keep me in a room where I was putting my health at risk.
To top it all off, when we first arrived it took 4 trips and 11 keys from the front desk to even get a key to work on the door.
There are many more options in Tulare. This quality inn has lost sight what the word quality entails. Stay elsewhere.

I am very sorry for this incident. The guest made reservation through Priceline. He called our front desk about 3PM and asked about connecting rooms. So, our employee told him that we don't have any connecting room at all, but we can make next each other if he wants. He checked in two rooms next each other-#201 and #203. Later he asked to upgrade to the suite. And my employee told him that he had to pay some differences, but she wasn't sure of the difference, but he would be notified in the morning since he would like to go to bed. My employee prepared for the differences for 3 days-$28.21 and another front desk called his room in the morning, but nobody answered. He noticed about the mold to housekeeper, but he didn't want to get service at that time and put DO NOT DISTURB sign until he came back at 9PM. So, we couldn't go into the room. We found black spot in bathroom, but it was not mold.

“Great Stay!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2011

Very nice hotel and a good value. A very nice young man checked us in and was very helpful. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The furnishings looked new and had an upscale look. Also a nice new flat screen TV. The breakfast had a large selection of food. The parking was well light and everything was quiet during our stay. The mattress was OK. Would return the next time we are in the area.
