I ordered the 4 rib dinner for $13.99 and my companion ordered the full slab for $23.99. (There is also a half slab.) Both dinners came with two side orders. I had the garlic mashed potatoes and cinnamon apples.
My dinner was just the right size for my appetite. My companion took home two thirds of his ribs. If you want leftovers or are a contestant on Man Vs Food, order the full slab.
The pork ribs were lean and truly delicious without adding any of the six barbecue sauces in plastic squeeze bottles located on each table. Two of the sauces were too hot for my pallet. The other four were quite delicious.
I strongly recommend this place for ribs.
On the subject of sanitation, the restaurant appeared to be very clean. My concern is that there is a tendency to lick one's fingers while eating ribs and then fingering the barbecue sauce bottles on the table. Therefore, to avoid catching colds from previous diners, I recommend handling barbecue bottles with napkins regardless of how well the help cleans up the tables. It is impossible to keep every inch of a table completely free of germs, so be cautious, especially during seasons of flu and colds.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent. However, the music was a little bit loud.
The service was perfect.
