One of the worst Japanese restaurants I ve been to in a while. Although they tried to hide it with lots of rich, sweet teriyaki sauce, there were pieces of spoiled, pungent meat in my chicken teriyaki (total turn off!!), the batter for the tempura was thick and soggy and the small shrimp had no flavor (how did they do that?). Also, the rice in the sushi was overcooked to become a little gooey and mushy and it also needed more flavor. Plus they charged you $1.95 a person for hot tea (first time for me, normally water and tea is free). If they are going to do that at least re-fill your tea pot with hot water. They have the smallest tea pot that s only good for 3 small tea cups. Other than that, the service was ok, but the food was not OK and I don t think we ll be back to this Japanese restaurant in a long time.
