There are two great Hawaiian Restaurants in Torrance and they are a stones throw from each other. If you want pretty Hawaiian food you go to Kings Hawaiian, if you want plentiful Hawaiian food you go to the Loft. If I could recommend, please start with the Spam Musubi, from there the rest of The menu is great as well. If you get a chance the Lomi Salmon is incredible! The Kahlua Pork is downright Luau quality. The Terriyaki Chicken is superb and a little known secret is The macaroni salad, I don't want to give it away - but you have to try it, you'll like it. (Oh and one more thing, if you want a real authentic Hawaiian food, try the pork lau lau, but be warned it's a 50/50 of people liking it, I love it! I tried it in Hawaii and try to get everyone to try it, with mixed results but it is real geuine Hawaiian.
For my duaghters sweet sixteen birthday party we had the food catered by teh Loft. I had to go pick it up, but they even gave me a shortcut from pedro to Hawthorne Blvd in Torrace that took like 12 minutes tops. For a price I can share that with you. I still use the shortcut to this day. The pricing was very reasonable and the food even after my drive back and a short wait was exceptional. Again the Lomi Salmon was incredible.
