“Romantic Dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

We went here in June 2013 for a date night. Just the drive over made the trip worth it... beautiful... but the dinner turned out to be pretty good as well. Food was pretty good, service was excellent and the view was great. The only crappy part was the parking, but they offer free valet. We didn't use it because I don't like other people driving my car if I can help it, but other than that, great experience.

“Wonderful food and view”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2013

This is the only restaurant with a view of the Golden Gate on the north side of the Bay. We were there at sunset on a clear night and it was beautiful. The food was some of the best we had on our trip. I had the rack of lamb and had the quinoa with organic root vegetables. Our waiter, Sean, was great as well and told us about the history of the restaurant, friendly but not overbearing at all.

“What a view! The food's good, too!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2013

Nice walk to the restaurant from our hotel. Ate at 6:30 pm and asked for and got a seat by a window. Perfect for the sunset. Seriously amazing view. My appetizer was amazing and dinner was good. The service was very attentive. I thought this was a very romantic spot to have a special dinner.

“It's just the view”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

If not for the view and location, this place would just be a so-so place. Food is expensive and certainly not worth the taste. I don't mind paying and splurging for food as long as it's good food. Service is ok. If you want to experience dining during sunset with the golden gate bridge at the background, go ahead and look for a restaurant.com coupon or a livingsocial deal for this restaurant coz paying face value for this place is unreasonable.
