The Beckett Family has done a remarkable job in the expression of the microclimates in and around their vineyards. As Certified Wine Professional from the CIA at Greystone, I found that Peachy Canyon wines are quite adaptable for several types of cooking and cuisine. I particularly like the "Jester". In order to make great wine you need to start with good grapes as Jerry Lohr said years ago. The Beckett family has done just that...and that's my opinion!
