I would recommend this hotel, it is close to the winery's, old town and the Casino. The complimentary breakfast is awesome, made to order
omelets, waffles and lots of other choices. The manager's reception has free beer, wine and well drinks from 5:30 until 7:00 pm. The only
thing that kinda sucked was the pull out sofa bed. It wasn't the most
comfy bed but other than that it was nice. Also, try to request the 2nd floor because those floors has the bigger patios.

Okay for a 2 day get away with no investment. Rooms are small, but nice, managers reception and breakfast are wonderful.
But....we booked 20 rooms for our wedding, and what a disaster. The staff had no idea was was going on. Some guests were told the block didn't exist, others were given wrong dates, every guest who were actually able to book a room was given a different rate. Some guests arrived and the reservation was lost ( even with confirmation number!!!). Management less than helpfull, always had a reason and an excuse of why things run so poorly. The front desk staff rude and unwilling to try to fix situation.
We had a dinner in the champagne room the night before the wedding, and our guests were actually charged for soda and water even though we had payed for a full bar. Some guests were also charged for food, when they had special requests for the preparation of the meal. Overall, if you are planning an event and need a block of rooms, look elsewhere.

“Great for a one night stay”

We stayed here one night in January because we had business near Temecula in the morning. I usually hate staying in this type of hotel - the kind that caters to business travel - because they all seem to be the same. This hotel was MUCH better than I am used to. Yes, I agree with other reviewers that the rooms were too small. However, for a one night stay when all we wanted was a pleasant, comfortable room, this was perfect for us. If you are on vacation, you might want to make sure you are getting one of the larger rooms if in fact there are options. (We just booked the least expensive choice - price was our only factor). The beds are really cozy and the bathroom was large. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast, which was included. I have eaten a million bad continental breakfasts at similar hotels. This was WAY beyond what you would expect. There was a chef making omelettes and eggs on demand and a wonderful selection of healthy options (fruit and cereal). The coffee was even good- which is so hard to find at a free breakfast. I would have paid money for this breakfast, which I've never said about a free breakfast before.

Overall, we had exactly what we paid for - a nice comforatble room for a one night stay.

We recently stayed on a Friday night at the Embassy Suites Temecula, Ca. for the Meadloaf concert down at Pala Casino. The check-in went smoothly, no problems that we had a 3 year old gift certificate that they honored. We asked for a first floor room, again, no problem! The suite, although on the small side, was immaculate and freshly cleaned. Coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator ready to go. The rooms have been updated. Beds are soooo comfortable, didn't feel like getting up. The only problem: if you're coming in after 10:00pm at night, your room card will not get you in at the back entrances. You have to walk the long walk to the front entrance. I would image this would be a security measure. Other than that, It went smoothly. We would definitely come back to the Embassy Suites.

This hotel is a very nice Embassy Suites. I was a little apprehensive staying here on business at first based on an earlier negative review on how small the rooms are. They are not as small as the reviewer indicated, but they are on the small size - especially the room with the bed. The king bed only had 3 feet clearance on each side and about 4-5 ft in front. However, the living room portion was large and the bathroom very large. The shower/tub and toilet were in a separate room from the double sink large counter which is great when sharing a room. The complimentary breakfast was top notch, and the evening reception in the bar provided a wide variety of good drinks. The hotel is hard to get to, as it is right off the freeway, but you need to circle around the Marie Calendar to get to it. I would have no qualms about returning to this hotel. The location near lots of good restaurants and shopping is great too - not to mention the wineries.
