I have always found Embassy Suites to be a good price for nice accomadations, DO NOT stay here assuming that will be the case. I have no idea how they managed a decent picture of this hotel because there is really nothing pretty about the setting. In addition to that the hotel has the smallest "suites" I have ever seen. When we arrived they were testing the fire alarm which went on for hours ... so much for getting our baby down for a nap. The air conditioner was so loud that we were up all night and the next morning at the buffet we could hear every table around us talking about the noisy air conditioners. When some one complained to the manager he said it was the first he had ever heard of that...yeah right. The employees looked miserable, I'm not sure what the case was there. Needless to say, our stay was not a good one and I will never go back there. I will say most Embassy Suites are very nice so this does not speak for all of them for sure.

I appreciate your review, and your comments. While there is frankly nothing I can do to make our rooms larger, we have recently addressed many staffing and service issues, and I am confident that our hotel represents a true "Embassy Suites" quality experience.
Should your travels bring you to Temecula again, please contact me directly and I will work with you to ensure a great stay!

“Sleeping in a closet”

Embassy Suites Hotel Temecula Valley Wine Country

Went to stay there for a recent tournament. Only 2 adults and 1 child. We were offered "an upgraded room" with a balcony. Never did figure out the upgrade, and the balcony was 4 ft long by a foot wide. Two's a crowd out there. These hotels are supposedly a bedroom and a separate sitting room with a sleeper sofa. It was so small that they had to use pocket doors instead of regular doors! The sleeper sofa's mattress had no support even for a child! We weren't in the room that much, or otherwise we'd be on top of each other!

The cooked to order food (included in the price) was surprisingly good. Usually these are okay, but they went out of their way to make sure everything was cooked and you got what you wanted.

Would we stay there again? Probably...but only as two adults. We'd get a rollaway instead for the child...oh wait, no room for it. Never mind...

We spent one night here, and really liked how friendly and helpful everyone was-especially at the desk and in the restaurant.
The breakfast is nice-for that type of breakfast.

We had to ask to be moved from the 5th floor, since the fan leading to the roof makes a really loud non-stop noise. (too loud for me, I'm a light sleeper). We got moved to the 3rd floor, but then we couldn't turn the air conditioning fan off-even though it was in the "off" position, it was really loud and went on & off all night. So I didn't sleep very well. We should have called maintenance, but we were to tired to deal.
Also the walls seem to be paper-thin and we heard everything in both rooms next to us.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites for four nights for business and it was very noisy. Parking was limited and since it rained all week this was a hassle. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean, staff friendly but very noisy

I stayed here and the room was a nice clean quiet place, except for the AC fan, it was a little noisy, but I'd stay here again,
Had the hot breakfast and it was not skimpy, very nice high quality breakfast,
This place did live up to the quality of the Hilton Family!
