Fantastic people, amazing value for the golf. We played 18 holes in 2 hours,. Rental clubs were excellent, again, staff were amazing. Restaurant was the best in Temecula for us so far. setting, staff and food all exceptional

Really nice staff, no complaints there. Location is nice, especially if you like golf. Rooms are of average quality and the buildings are old and in need of some updating. Very over priced in my opinion.

Room Tip: Ask for something close the lobby, otherwise it can be kind of far to your room. Bed's are stif...

This hotel is a little off the beaten path and has beautiful grounds. The restaurant is outstanding! You can tell the manager takes good service to heart. It is reflected in his/her staff. Great view from the hot tub!

My wife and I were booked in for a Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce retreat for two days with the board of directors. We were there early noon for check in and given a choice of 3 room locations. We chose high up overlooking the gorgeous manicured golf course. The rooms were large and like new.We went for lunch in their restaurant and found the food excellent and reasonably priced .They handled the Chamber catering requests very well.We found no need to leave this resort for two days. It is nice not to get charged a parking fee on check out.
We would definitely stay there again as all staff were possibly the best trained in making guests feel like you own the place

Room Tip: 3rd floor overlooking the 27 hole golf course

Beautiful grounds, the rooms were very nice. The rooms were clean and I liked the central A/C in the room. The golf course was very nicely kept. The entrance road was lined with rose bushes. We had breakfast delivered to the room and it was delicious. I would recommend the Temecula Creek Inn to anyone wanting a nice quiet off the beat and track place to stay in Temecula.

The photos on the website are very misleading. The Buildings with guest rooms are run down. The parking is terrible if there is a wedding going on, so plan to hike your stuff up a little hill to your room. The first room they put us in reeked of pot and was awful to be in, so we asked to switch rooms. It took them awhile to find us something else, when they switched us to a new room they gave us an upgrade. (Which was supposed to be included in the package we purchased based on availability anyway.) The room was bigger but had the same furnishings as the first so it seemed a little empty. It was nice having two sliding glass doors that over looked the golf course.
The bathroom was very small, the bathtub was hardly big enough to sit down in, let alone have a couple shower or take a romantic bath together so that was disappointing. We also found that the seal for the drain plug in the bathtub wasn't working, the water drained out of your bath within 20 minutes. (The drain plug in one of the sinks was also broken, the pull wasn't attached to anything, so you had to pry the stopper up with your fingernails to let the water drain.) The doors also did not close well, and if you didn't slam them/force them shut they would pop back open, so if your partner is sleeping and you are trying not to wake them, good luck.
Our room was near the pool and we could hear everything that was going on outside.
The cork fire restaurant staff was friendly, and the bread they served was great. We had the truffle Mac and cheese, and the Hanger steak. The truffle mac was runny, and bland, the noodles were overcooked and soupy as well. The hanger steak had a good flavor, but it was under cooked. We asked for medium, and it was definitely rare with a very red cool center.
We had Booked the Date night package-You are supposed to get a $75 dinner credit at Cork Fire with the package, they told us to charge it to our room for the credit to apply, upon checkout we found that we were charged the exact amount of dinner on our final bill. The girl at the front desk just kept saying we got the credit and it evened out-meaning the taxes and fees they charge were exactly what we spent on dinner. We wouldn't have booked it if we had known that the '$75 dinner credit'(as they call it) just meant you are committing to spend at least $75 on dinner, and wasn't a discount on dinner for buying a more expensive package 'deal'.
It felt like a scam and was very misleading.

Room Tip: Don't waste the extra money on purchasing a package deal, also bring ear plugs.

Great place for a quiet getaway! The grounds were very pretty and peaceful. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. Cork Fire had really good food, which is unusual for a hotel. Wine tasting was close by. Overall it was a great value.
