Don't let the location fool you, you are eating some of the best sushi in the world. Akamoo is from Hawai and has established and sold several sucessful sushi resturants in the LA area but has semi retired in Temecula after making his fortune. The laid back style and personal attention to his sushi sets Akamoo apart. You don't order suchi, tell Akamoo what fish you don't like and he creates a masterpeace meal for you personaly. If you don't like a paticular pice he creates for you, no wories, you only pay for what you like, but you will like everything he places in front of you. He buys his own fish, if it is not up to his standards in quality you will not find it on his menu for the night. Having lived in Japan for 3 years and eaten meals from "Living National Treasure" Sushi Chefs, Akamoo's is as good or better. Great food, laid back atmosphere, and only Akamoo prepares the sushi. What more could you want? Mahalo!
