We visited Granlibakken for 6 days in September and had a wonderful stay. I can not say enough about the staff. Everyone from the server at breakfast, to the cleaning staff, to the front desk were all friendly, helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience. The grounds of Granlibakken are beautiful!! The breakfast every morning was delicious!!! We can not wait until we can return for a second visit to this wonderful Tahoe Resort.

We just came in from touring national parks from Zion, Bryce Canyon, lake Powell, Grand Canyon and Death Valley, so we we're looking for place to relax, swim and hike for a few days.
We went for the town house with 3 bedrooms (we arena family of 5), which was super: nicely furnished, with a nice living room, a well equipped kitchenette and a small terrace. The bedrooms had nice large beds and the whole place was cleaned to perfection every day.
Breakfast was served in buffet style and of good quality, but the dining room is not very cosy, too big and impersonal.
We had a lovely stay.

I have visited Granlibakken three times this year. the rooms are very nice and the natural setting is amazing. I stay in an executive suite and it is very comfortable with a fire place, deck, kitchen, and two sleeping areas. All remodeled . The staff is friendly and helpful and service is very responsive.
The food is deliscious and abundant and fits any type of diet . It is so nice to be in Tahoe with out all the traffic and hustle and bustle of town. I plan to come back for business and vacation trips.

We stayed here for our labor day vacation and we could not be more happy with the hotel and the service we received from the front desk staff. We had a lot of questions and they were very patient and accommodating with us. Well done!
