I used to like dining at Nicolino's because the food is decent, but that all changed today. It was Valentine's Day, so the service was slow and the waiter had not smiled once during my 2 hours lunch at the restaurant. At the end when I was about to pay for my meal, the waiter denied my Entertainment book coupon due to it being the holiday (Valentine's day) even though I had called ahead to confirm that the use of coupon will be honored. When I asked for the manager, she came and wondered if I was crazy trying to use the coupon on Valentine's Day. I was devastated, and I will never go back again!
