We have been going to the Breadfruit Tree for 14 years. You have to know about it, it is hidden behind the building at Paradise Point. The food is wonderful, flavorful and some very spicy. We love the mural on the walls and the delta waters outside, you feel like you have gotten away, travelled. Chef Louis always comes out and greets us and any other guests. If you order Jerk Chicken make sure you have water and or beer(s). My husband more than once was red hot with spice and it took time to get his drink refilled. Be aware in the past the restaurant closes in late Noveber and reopens in February, call to make sure they are open. They always have Peleau, then two or three other choices, we get the feeling Louis chooses what to cook each day considering what is fresh, and what he is in the mood to cook. It is a great getaway!
