“Best steak house”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2012

Every single thing on their menu is superb! I love the BBQ chicken and ribs combo. Very generous portions. Also love the Mushroom bowl which is an appetizer but if you don't share with at least two people, you won't have room for your entree!

“Support local buisness...food was great!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2012

We came from out of town and came upon this gem out in the middle of no where. Food was great, steak, ribs and bread pudding. Would do it again!

“Loud but Good”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

Definitely a dive vibe but classy service and clean tables. The House Made Bar-B-Que Sauce was delicious! The waiter was helpful and friendly. We had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated because the place was packed. The bar was crowded too. The decor is kitchy and sports oriented with dollar bills stapled to the ceiling. The food was really good but not Five Star, though the sauce was five star in my opinion- you just shouldn't have to count on the sauce. The music was fun but made talking difficult. And it was a bit dark in the parking lot when we came out so pack a flashlight if you park at the far end.

“Noisy but good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

Waterloo is an institution around here. The menu is limited, but the food is great. It's not a large place, it's usually pretty crowded & noisy, but well worth going for the food.

“Calamari steaks on Friday nights”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2012

At the Waterloo Club, you are never disappointed with the food or service. The restaurant is small and usually crowded and the bar can get loud during Giants games. While dinner is a bit pricier than lunch time, this is one of my favorite restaurants. Wonderful calamari steaks, but only on Friday nights. The additional seating on the patio has improved the wait time which used to be up to an hour on the weekends. My husband's favorite is the H2O special - chicken and ribs. My lunch favorite is their specialty pulled pork BBQ sandwich in their own sauce with a side of the best pesto I have ever eaten. The decor is rather rustic with pictures of various celebrities on the wall. This was Patrick Swazey's usual stop when in town.
