We drove into Squaw Valley just to look around. Many of restaurants were closed because it was the off season. Decided to eat at Pump Jacks and we were pleasantly surprised. It was a beautiful sunny day and we sat out on the spacious back patio in a beautiful and relatively quiet setting. The four of us had salads and sandwiches all of which were excellent. Tasty food, fresh ingredients, and nicely prepared. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. My only complaint was that the service was just a bit on the slow side. Didn't mind, though, as it was such a nice setting and beautiful day.
