Stayed at the hotel one night. Arrived late, midnight, and had no problems checking in. The room was average. The bathroom was above average. The continental breakfast was limited. The front desk staff helpful. The downside: hot tub did not open until 11:00 a.m. The price was right - $50 a night.

My wife and daughter went to San Frisco on spring break. When they checked in they provided all the information on the rental car including the license plate number.They were given a tag to put on the windshield. The second night they forgot to place it on the windshield. the next morning the car was towed. The manager was not in and the person behind the desk refused to give them the manager's name. As a result they missed a prepared tour and had to pay $250.00 for towing. Their entire vacation was ruined. I have traveled for over 30 years because of my job and have never experienced anything to compare to thir treatment of guests. This will also be sent to Choice Hotels, AAA and the Better Business Bureau.
Overall the 5 night stay was perfect. Great breakfast. Near by restaurants and near by transportation. Free shuttle to airport and bart station. Rooms were bigger then a standard room and had a separate sitting area. Staff was nice and helpful. Will recommend you to stay!
The staff was great and very helpful. Hotel has remodeled most of thier rooms! Reading the past reviews we were a little nervous but after staying there we would return and recommend this hotel to our friends and family. The breakfast was above the average of a complimentary breakfast.

If you need quiet while you sleep, this might not be for you.
While laying in bed at 1 am, someone took a shower in a different room somewhere and I thought someone was in MY shower. It was so loud! And at 4:30 am, two small children ran up and down the second floor landing where I was and it was very loud and shook the walls in my room. Plus, the traffic is quite loud being near busy highways and when others shut their doors, it shakes the room. There was a large stain on the chair.
ON A GOOD NOTE: the room was very clean---minus the stained chair. And they served a good complimentary breakfast in a very nice lobby with tv. Parking is complimentary, too. Other customers staybing the night there were all clean and attractive.
Don't expect a lot and you'll be happy.
