We stayed here for one quick night because we had business in the area. The room was very clean and breakfast was great. The hot tub was nice except for the fact that it is located in the center of all the rooms so it felt like I was on display. The hotel was really close to the freeway which is good for access and bad for noise. We wouldn't stay here for a getaway vacation but it definitely served its purpose as a nice place to stay for the night.

I stayed here several times for business and the service was consistent each time. All front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the morning breakfasts were free and filling. There are several other options on this same street in San Francisco, some comparable, but this location was my preference. While it does not have a restaurant for evening meals, it does provide free (and reasonably fast) WiFi. I also found that it was much easier to get a good night's sleep after a long day at this location.

I enjoyed staying at previous Comfort Inns but this time I was a little disappointed.
the room was good size, clean bathroom but the bed was not as comfortable neither the pillows!
the sofa had white spots all over which made me wonder.....beware that the train transits right next to the Inn!!!! its loud!!!!
Breakfast was good!

What a mistake I made staying here! Exterior looks nice enough, there is a shuttle to & from the airport which is convenient enough (10 minutes from the airport). There was a lot of renovations happening in rooms. Neither of my key cards worked for my room. Three times I tried getting the problem fixed with no luck. The staff basically said "leave your door open if you want to leave your room," basically saying, oh well, nothing we can do/we don't care! Train tracks are right beside the hotel so it can be loud when trains pass. The "high speed WiFi" is a joke! I've encountered faster dial-up internet! My room had an absolutely filthy sofa with cigarette burns on it. I was afraid to sit on it as it was so filthy. The clock radio didn't work properly. The breakfast in the morning wasn't half bad with plenty of food but lousy coffee. Price was cheap but place was shabby. Also, renovation work begins at 8 AM! If you are unlucky enough to have a room beside one being renovated (I was) it is loud & annoying. Fortunately I was leaving. I'll never stay at this dump again!
