“Hidden Treasure”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012 via mobile

We stayed here for a wedding this weekend and really enjoyed this unique hotel. It looks like you're in Cape Cod, and the room decor is eclectic but it adds to the charm. The free shuttle from the airport and the free breakfast delivered to your room are nice touches. View was really pretty and there's a fireplace in every room. I will return.

This hotel was such a relief aftter touring in downtown San Francisco. Relaxing, fun and dufferent. Really enjoyed the decor, homey touches, breakfast in our room daily, the comfortable beds, cozy robes, great! The staff, especially Christine and her helper at checkin were wonderful, friendly and so very pleasant. It was a pleasure staying here and we will do it again! Thanks. Oh, the marina/bayview was wonderful to see, foggy or not in the morning ! ( ***

It's expensive, but we stay here before flying out of SFO. Pay more, but park for free and enjoy your night before leaving. Rooms are spacious and quiet with views over the Bay. Breakfast is also top notch. Van to the airport is great -- you'll probably be the only passengers, and when you return just call the hotel and they'll be right there to pick you up. FRorget the chains and stay here.

We were flying out of SFO and selected this inn because of its park and fly program. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hotel away from the urban locations typical of airport hotels. Our spacious and clean room (with gas fireplace) overlooked San Francisco Bay and a marina populated with sleek sailboats. A segment of the paved San Francisco Bay Trail is immediately adjacent to the Inn's property and affords an opportunity to jog/walk at water's edge for what appears to be a distance of four to five miles. The Inn's decor is eclectic and inviting and the staff will cater to your needs. The dining room is good but expect what you would anticipate from a modestly priced airport hotel. This will be our hotel when flying out of SFO in the future.

This hotel is just 5 minutes from SFO, the position and views lead you into a different world situated near harbour. The rooms are large and personable. Breakfast which is included arrives on a tray is a pleasure to wake up and look over the bay with your Cornflakes. The only small point to the poor WiFi reception in the room

Room Tip: Pay the extra for the upgraded rooms

I have always wanted to stay at this hotel and finally got the chance. It is located at the marina area in South San Francisco, overlooking the boats. There is a great walking path on the water very close by. We were in room 320 with a king size bed. Normally, a room with this size bed is pretty small; not this one. The hallway is painted a bright green, and the room was yellow. There are two floral chairs with a table located at the large window overlooking the water. They are situated so you can look outward. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows, which you don't always get. The bathroom was a bit dated, but it was large and roomy. Mela was outstanding at the front desk and I look forward to staying there again!

Room Tip: Higher rooms have great views and was very quiet. Room 320 is upper floor in the corner with large p...
