A very mixed review in all aspects for this shop. First, the most important part: The food. The tortilla chips were fantastic; warm, tasty, and free. The salsa served with the chips was okay, nothing great. I ordered a Big Ranch burrito with carne asada, and my wife got a Garlic Garlic burrito pastor. The burritos were huge, but didn't have a whole lot of meat. The carne asada was okay, and I didn't care for the pastor at all (it just tasted like overdone, flavorless pork). The burritos are pretty spendy at $11 a piece; at that price, there is better food else where to be had.
The service was also mixed. Our table seemed split between two servers, one older lady and one younger lady. The older lady just seemed like she wanted to go home. She wasn't very helpful with recommendations and seemed tired, although she did warm up a bit towards the end. The younger lady was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, and she also brought some chicken for our dog.
I really wanted to like this place, especially given the large burritos, the service from the younger lady attending us, and the dog-friendliness. If I lived in Sonoma, I'd eventually give Juanita Juanita another try, but as a visitor, I would try someplace else.
