“Thank You Bungalows 313!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013

What a great find!!

My boyfriend and I were taking a trip up the coast with Sonoma being the final destination for some wine tasting/relaxation and Bungalows 313 made it all that much more perfect! We had stayed in the Vita room...it was clean, cozy, our own private patio with a fire pit, super comfortable bed, and in walking distance to the Sonoma square with a ton of cute shops and tasting rooms.

There are a lot of bed & breakfast locations to choose from in this area but honestly I felt like Bungalows 313 just had that much more to offer...it felt more like home (seriously I wanted to move in haha)! Do yourself a favor and check out one of the rooms Bungalows offers because the granola alone is worth it ;)

A BIG "Thank You" to the inn keepers at Bungalows 313 for providing my loved one and I a great place to stay (even after the whole Booking.com blunder!) I highly recommend this location and can't wait to come back!

The Sonoma Valley has a gem within walking distance of Sonoma city square. The rooms were warm, inviting, and perfect for relaxing. The patio had its own table/chairs and fire-pit. The unit my wife and I rented had a full kitchen which allowed us flexibility to cook which definitely came in handy. With an outstanding staff and attention to detail, we look forward to visiting again one day

They have very nice bungalows here with a homey and cozy atmosphere. It is very relaxing with the garden and the spacious apartment. We really like how we can cook our own meal and feel very at home with the environment, the house and nature. I love our porch and the garden and all the fruit trees that they planted there. It was really nice to stay here because even though there are a lot of other renters, we remained to have our privacy and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and we even got to have breakfast at the patio. We can move around very well and we really like it here!

My favorite thing about this hotel, while staying there, was the intimate, cozy, and romantic atmosphere surrounding it. Bungalow 313 is situated in Sonoma, and the staff`s hospitality is really outstanding. This place has a lot of charm, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, the fireplace is a great touch, making the hotel even more romantic. The Bungalow is perfect for couples and families. The location is very good also, being very close to Sonoma Square, and many restaurants and bars. I believe that this hotel is definitely one of the best places you can find while visiting the Wine Country, and I highly recommend it.

My son got married in the Sonoma area in the fall. Everything about the place was like a fairy tale. The service was perfect especially with the fresh fruit and home made pastries delivered every morning. The information about restaurants, wineries and attractions was given to us every day by the staff and couldn't have been more perfect. We thought the prices were very fair and we had plenty of privacy but were close to other places and never heard anything. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the best experience visiting this area.

Room Tip: We had an upper unit which was perfect for us!

We stayed four nights in Terra II during our honeymoon. The space was very large and is the upper level of a historic home. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and extra pillows in the hall closet. Fresh milk, granola, orange juice, coffee and rolls supplied daily. The full kitchen has a wonderful gas stove, dish washer and ample pots, pans, dishes and cookware to prepare a full meal. We prepared breakfast and several dinners during our stay instead of eating out every meal. Great location to walk to the square and very close to most of the wineries.

Overall just ok. The location cannot be beat for walking into town and the outside areas are lovely.
Our room-The Vita was a two story loft. The downstairs was nice but the website describes "sinking into leather furniture"- there is no leather furniture in the place, just a mustard yellow cloth couch that is more shabby than chic.
The one night we were here-we left early because of the uncomfortableness of the bed and bedroom in general, was in a light filled room. This was light intense because there was a large light in a public parking area outside our bedroom window and there were no curtains on the loft windows. The one window which did look out onto the ugly parking area and light had a thin curtain.
The pastry breakfast was delicious and Lisa couldn't have been nicer about trying to accommodate us in another room, but my husband and I had debated for 2 hours and just wanted out after not sleeping much at all.
The only way I would try this again is in another room.
