Second time at Cecco. My wife and I wanted to go back and try the pizza. We recently moved to Solvang from Santa Barbara, and we've tried almost all the pizza in SB. This was by far the best we've tasted in a long time. The crust was excellent and we had the Rocco, with chicken confit and the Cinghiale, with wild boar. We also had calamari - although I'm not a big fan of the tentacled calamari and there was more of that, than the rings, the breading was light and the aioli was very good. Once again though, I will mention the slow service in getting our wine and in taking our order. My stepson also joined us and he didn't get his second drink until we were ready to leave. This is a minor point when compared to the great pizza. Thanks to George the pizaziolo. He did a great job. We definitely will be back for more pizza.
