“Dry in summer”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2013

Very short walk and not particularly impressive . The fall tends to be dry in summer so take a coastal walk instead. This walk would be fine for young children or those who don't like hiking but for us it was an anticlimax. Go in Spring or Winter if you want to see some water falling!
Take fly repellant in summer too.

“Nice walk!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2013 via mobile

Took the short hike today. Pretty easy. Uphill to the waterfall on a diet path. Lots of trees provide shade. Unfortunately the waterfall had no water except a faint trickle. It would have been beautiful to see if it had been flowing. Maybe next time.

“Short but Sweet”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2013

This is a very short and easy hike.

It is also a great hike to do on a hot day, as it is in total shade, is mostly flat, and leads to a waterfall. Even if the waterfall is dry, there is still a lot of cool air in the canyon.

“Come in the Winter”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

This is a beautiful little water fall accessed by an easy 1/2 mile hike along side a burbling brook. It is best to come in the winter after a rain when it really is at its best. In the summer, the water fall slows to a trickle and while still pretty, not exactly awe-inspiring.

“Water-free waterfall”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2013

The walk up to the "falls" was easy. Unfortunately, there was no water. We visited in middle July. This would have been so cool if there was water--easy walk and big drop for the water to go over; however, we just visited at the wrong time.
