If you need to be in Sebastopol, this is walking distance to stores and restaurants and less expensive than specialty lodging in the area. Location is the main feature. Rooms are maintained, newly painted, sink is old, coffee stained, and needs replacing, bedding is marginal, and the robes are of no significance for a motel. There is no charge to use them, but this is not a spa atmosphere. We were supposed to get a refrig and microwave but had only a refrig. Being near the wine country, we were surprised not to have a wine opener in the room and were not permitted to take the office one to our room. Off season is much less expensive but the rooms would not be worth a high season price. If you do not want to drive to Santa Rosa or elsewhere, this is a good location.
