Description: Seal Beach's intimate 320 Main long ago set the benchmark in Orange County for cutting edge, creative craft cocktails. Owners Jason & Rebecca Schiffer have all but perfected the art of re-imagining popular cocktail recipes, utilizing the latest techniques and ingredients, all the while refining their standard cocktail repertoire that pays homage to America's greatest gift to the culinary world. In a recent effort to re-imagine the food offerings of the dining room menu to the level of the drinks menu, 320 Main recently appointed Chef Jaime Carrano, who now brings a similar ethos to the kitchens of 320. An alumni of prestigious kitchens in Southern California including Bouchon Beverly Hills and Charlie Palmer at South Coast Plaza, as well as New York City's acclaimed Aureole, Chef Carrano's new menus feature a delicious offering of accessible American cuisine, utilizing classic French techniques and the freshest and finest of ingredients. Food and drink should not only feed your body but also feed your soul.

“Great Bar and restuarant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

Sports bar with good food. I have to be careful what I order there in order to get stuff that fits the carbo/fat requirements I have. But it's there. They showed up at our table with a free desert whcih set my diet back. It was huge and very good I have to admit. They focus on mixed drinks and beer but do have a credible selection of wines. If your a serious wino I suggest you bring your own. $15 corkage

“Great food expensive drinks.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 27, 2013

The food is always fabulous and the bartenders put on a good show behind the bar, but the drinks are small and expensive. Love there happy hour food. With the giant ice cubes in the drink, its gone in two swallows.

“Amazing birthday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2013

it was my aunts birthday and she is a bit of a foodie. I was looking for a new place to take her and read the reviews for here and gave it a shot. We showed up about 4:45 on a thursday and got seating right away. We partook in the HH and were served amazing turn of the century coctails made with fresh ingredients amazing.
We stayed for dinner and were not rushed to leave. once the server learned that is was my aunts birthday they even made her a homemade ice cream sandwhich with homemade choc. sauce. awesome. I food was above average and the resturant had impecable ombiance. Five stars, home run in my book.

“The best... really... the best...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2012

This is a world class bar... where the bartenders are pros... all drinks are made with the finest spirits and in the right way. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and willing to explain their art...
We have yet to eat here... but the menu looks great.

“Happy hour all day Sunday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012

Just happened to find this place when we were out walking the town. Nice selection of adult beverages and appetizers on special for HH - all day and night on Sunday - in the restaurant or at the bar - another nice touch (most places is at the bar only). Really liked the buffalo blue cheese chicken fingers!
