When we first arrived, we didn't expect the hotel to literally be right off the freeway. Surprisingly you didn't hear any of the freeway noise but the view wasn't the prettiest. There was also construction going on which made it slightly difficult to figure out where the GPS was having us exit and such.
The room front desk reception area was very open and very pretty. The staff was very friendly with the exception of the first younger female we encountered. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful when we asked questions or needed anything. The breakfast in the morning was buffet style but all of the food was pretty tasty. Only thing that was a dissappointment was when we got dressed to go in the hot tub only to go down and saw it was out of order, which was a dissappointment after our long drive.
The room was very nice and spacious. They had a power saver feature I found interesting that required the key to be in a slot for your room to have any power. The bathroom was clean and tidy as well as the vanity and food area. One thing I found weird was that they only provided soap, no shampoo or conditioner. Thankfully we had brought our own, but if we didn't we would've been out of luck. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows were nice, and we got a good night sleep. Overall I think this was a nice place to stay and probably would stay here again, if the hot tub was working ;-)
