Property was old but kept up well. Our room had been remodeled within the last couple of years. Yes it has outside hallways but that didn't bother me as many motels do. Hotel had Internet and pool which we did not use. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express which had a good selection of items inluding eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal, muffins and bagels, coffee, tea, etc. Only minor complaint that there was little counter space in the bathroom. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Awful! Old and outdated, hard beds ,flat pillows ,worn out rugs and smelly compared to other holiday Inns we have stayed at this one is the worst.

Older property, but service was outstanding. Rooms were average size, but had a lot of ammenities (lotion and stuff). Breakfast was above average. Good value for the money for the area. I would stay here again.

We chose this hotel because we had stayed in HI express hotels before. We were surprised to pull up to this hotel and find it was an older motel version of drive up exterior doors. We expected the new Holiday Inn Expresses, the photo they provide with the hotel makes it look nicer. The front desk check in was friendly.
But, we did check in and hoped for the best. I have to say, we had a quiet room but it was small. It had a balcony but no furniture. They have a nice pool and breakfast was included. The breakfast was adequate. The room was clean but old, the floor creaked and there is a huge gap around the outer door that sunlight comes thru.
This is in a nice area with McDonalds and Kohl's across the street.
Drive down the road a little for a better breakfast at Carrows.
Overall, it was satisfactory for what we needed but I don't think we would stay here again. There are other accomodations in the area to choose from.
