On a visit to California we had dinner at The Cantina in Santa Rosa. What a marvelous dining experience! I love Margaritas and there were so many variations that it was hard to choose! Also, the menu was so varied and extensive that, again, it was difficult to make a selection. The chiquitos appetizer was disappointing: very little filling and dry. But the mushroom and spinach quesadilla was fabulous! I wish I could have finshed it. My daughter's quesadilla con fajita was extremely tasty too. The decor was agreeably Mexican/Southwest. The service was prompt but not intrusive. Prices were reasonable. All in all, an extremely enjoyable evening.
