“Outstanding Breakfast!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012

Every visit to Santa Rosa we stay at the Hyatt and love it at that property. One reason is the absolutely fantastic breakfast available at their restaurant The Brasserie. Eggs Benedict, Country Scramble, the Fritatta, are all very nicely done. In addition the service is ALWAYS exceptional.

“What IS Dairy?”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2012

when the Brasserie learns that butter is dairy, and that when folks ask for 'no dairy' you should eliminate it from the meal prep, when that happens, the brasserie could be a decent place to eat.

“Great Seafood, Nice Atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2012

I love the food here, a little pricey on the cocktails, so try happy hour. The food, try the specials, is amazing and creative. I had a salmon wellington that knocked my socks off here last year, it was a special and I wish they would put it on the menu!

“Exceptionally good!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2012 via mobile

Very good food, good bar and an excellent wine list. We found this place to be a good value with all the elements of what we look for in a restaurant. Good food, excellent service and the all important ambiance. We eat out two to three times a week and enjoy fine dining once a month or so. The Brasserie may not be for those with a "hearty" appetite but we found the food to be plentyful, well prepared and very tasty (we took home left overs). The staff was welcoming and attentive. We had a great waitress. If staying at the Hyatt, this is a great choice for dinner and a romantic stroll back to you room.

“Great food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2012

Staying at the Hyatt next door, we had dinner that night and breakfast the next morning. The food was fantastic both times -- lots of locally grown produce and gourmet takes on traditional American food. The corned beef hash redefined the diner favorite -- almost a shame to call it hash!
