We had a coupon, and I'm half Puerto Rican, so we thought we'd give this place a try.
The wife had Pollo al Horno, and I had a Cubano.
My sandwich was very good (in fact I got another, for lunch the next day).
The chips that came with my sandwich were bland and lukewarm, but edible.
The wife liked her food, but wasn't thrilled about it. She tried some of that stuff on the table, and it was too vinegar-y for her.
I tasted the chicken, and it was tasty, but nothing special.
Service was very good, prices were on the pricey side of reasonable.
I wanted to like this place more.
