Hotel was easy to find from LAX, location good for the beach and Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade.
Hotel reception very efficient, high floor ocean view rooms offer great views although room size a little smaller than other US hotels. Quality of the room decor, beautiful linens, very comfortable bed and facilites more than compensated.
Would definiately stay here again.

We had heard that the tower rooms were small, but ours was elegant with an amazing view overlooking the pool (small, but intimate), towards Malibu. Food and drink were pricey, but with so many options close-by, we took advantage. Valet parking is expensive, but we ended up renting a car anyway because the hotel is within short driving distance (and walking) to everywhere you want to go. (Malibu, Venice Beach). The Fairmont has an arrangement with Budget Beverly Hills and they delivered our Mini Cooper to us in Century City (30 minutes after our call) after a cab ride had cost us a fortune. In short, expensive, but worth it.

Magnificient views of the ocean and palm trees. Beautiful hotel and very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely spacious bedroom with marble bathroom and balcony. Beauty salon is a bit of a let down. Hairdresser not so good especially washing your hair with washing up gloves?? What is going on here?! Salon could be updated as entrance is all rather swish but the salon and massage rooms are tiny and plain. Breakfast is pricey and best to head outside for more choice. Valet parking is expensive too but this is expected with standard of hotel. Good sized gym and outdoor swimming pool. Excellent location to get to all areas but a little far away from West Hollywood in terms of drinking / eating out. Expect to pay $40.00 to head out there!! Seconds away from 3rd Street Promenade shopping precinct and some good restaurants on Ocean Drive. Don't forget to hit Robertson Blvd, fantastic boutiques and do lunch @ the Ivy - great place to watch out for celebs!

this hotel is stunning! from the lobby to the pool to the rooms. i honestley could not fault anything. the rooms were on the larger side of adverage with beautiful decor and really really comfy beds with big cushions and duvets. our balcony looked out onto palm trees and the santa monica beach wonderful. the personal wash items supplied in the bathroom were luxurious and the shower gel even came in a clear honey pot with honey wash inside. full mini bar too. we ate in the resturant which yes was pricey but also was one of the best meals we had on our month tour of the west coast. overall this hotel is wonderful and i would love one day to return.
