Very good location and friendly reception staff, but awesome 'included' breakfast in the bed&breakfast package, not valid the value.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful, very friendly and quite efficient, and the location is perfect-great ocean views and close to everything we wanted to do- lots of activities within walking distance. The historic feel of the hotel was charming.

The hotel retains its charm. Old but well maintained. Perfect location!
The staff is courteous and helpful, always ready with a smile.
Our room was on the small side but had a view to die for.

We stayed for 3 nights. Wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful with luggage, car and restuarant service--they made it easy and stress free. Breakfast was wonderful and large enough to share. The hotel gives you a feeling of a bed and breakfast. It was wonderful to sit on the porch and watch the people or the sunset...or both...with a glass of wine of course. Location is perfect...close to beach and shopping. I'm coming back!
For the ladies--low on counter space in the bathroom. However, this turned out to be okay for us (3 women!) because there is a glass shelf above the sink that worked out just fine.

My colleague and I would return to the Georgian in a minute. The entire staff was so helpful and positive. The location cannot be beat and the room was perfect. The only recommendation I would have is to improve the quality of the pillows and the mattress. Otherwise it was a wonderful choice!

Room Tip: Rooms to the back of the hotel are very quiet.

Right across the street from the beach, Santa Monica Pier and 2 blocks away from the 3rd street Promenade shopping. Staff was friendly, helpful and provided excellent service. Valet parking is quick and efficient. Breakfast was great. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, cosy, and nice veranda for slipping wine in the evenings. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
