I have stayed at the Channel Road Inn several times and I am always so comfortable and welcomed from the moment I walk in the door. I have enjoyed business trips on my own, weekends with my husband and a family adventure with my two children.
All of the experiences have been special. The rooms are very cozy, the breakfast is truly delicious and the staff are warm and wonderful. I will look forward to coming back again.

I found The Channel Road Inn while trying to find a charming inn near the Getty Museum and Getty Villa, without being in the bustle of Santa Monica. It proved to be a perfect escape as a cozy, well-appointed comfy spot tucked quietly in the hills off Pacific Coast Highway yet one block from the broad sandy beach. It has a wonderful management team that looked after every imaginable query from directions to restaurant recommendations...three great offerings are within a one block walk. They serve a complimentary delicious homemade buffet breakfast daily as well as afternoon tea. It was like being in a wonderful little inn somewhere in Europe where they really know how to treat their visitors graciously. I highly recommend it !

Great B&B near Malibu and Santa Monica

The B&B is a beautifull 1903 home located within walking distance of the beach and restaurants (Christian Slater was at the table next to ours). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Getty Villa Museum and Third Street Prominade are both within a couple of miles and worth checking out. I will stay here again, but will request one of the rooms near the rear to reduce the street noise at night.

We were so pleased with our 2 day stay at the Channel Road Inn. The location was great for walks on the beach or around the lovely neighborhood in which it is located. The breakfasts were delicious and each afternoon from 5:30 to 6:30 wine and snacks were available. There is a computer available and wireless access. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There also is a hot tub and terry bathrobes are provided. Bicycles are available as well.

We have stayed at the Channel Road Inn before. As always our stay was great. I had called the inn directly because the online reservations said they could not accomodate us for the 4 nights we needed. I called and they booked us in the Spa room. I did not want to spend they quoted rate and they were able to give the room for same price of the room we wanted. The room was quiet from street noise but the the plumbing must run close to that bedroom as we could hear water running all night long. The breakfast was always delicious and we loved the accesability of snacks all day. The complimentary wine and cheese is always a bonus. The location is great, I always walk the beach, and many resaurants within walking distance. We will be back!
