This is someplace I have passed by numerous times and seen people waiting to be seated. It's directly next to Capo, which is an amazing restaurant. I believe that they are one and the same owner.
We stopped early Sunday, and got a seat on the patio right away, the menu looked sparse. We ordered the Salmon Benedict, a caprese salad, and scrambled eggs with Salmon. The egg dishes came with an interesting looking potato side, that was hard as a rock, not cooked through.
We ordered fresh orange and grapefruit juice, the grapefruit juice smelled odd, and was sour.
The cost was 70 dollars minus tip, which was expected, however certainly not earned.
This is an overrated, overstated over expensive coffee shop, as the name says.
Certainly not a place that deserves a second visit, unless you are friends with the owner or like to overpay for inconsistent food.
Service was acceptable.
