Why spend the money to go to an amazing hotel, when we have one in Santa Monica! We have stayed here twice in 2 months on their local package deals with 6pm checkouts! We were home in 10 minutes and had A+ service by the pool and hotel. Perfect for families with kids. We put my sister here and her daughter for one night during their 7 day stay with us. We got a room at 9am and check out the next day at 6pm and stayed by the pool and firepits until 9pm. You are pampered from the moment you arrive. Kids love the pool and jacuzzi and you can walk to the beach in 20 steps and they can play on all the great gym equipment. The Pier is also a 5 minute walk. We will use their "special packages" for family birthdays and events! Why leave LA for a vacation on a beach when we have the Loews on our back door! PS Great Happy Hour prices at 5pm by the pool!

You couldn't ask for a better location if you are coming to the Los Angeles area. It's right next to the Santa Monica pier and within walking distance of the shops. It's also a quick drive to Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Strip, etc. One tip . . . don't eat at the Loews. It's too expensive and Barney's Beanery a few blocks away has a great breakfast!

Great hotel with a great location. All staff were excellent. The cookies and milk sent up for our son was a very nice touch. Great pool area with the mini cabanas and the fire pits at night overlooking the ocean was very cool. Forty five minute drive to Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel four times, whenever I'm in SM on business. I love it. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The food is great. The pool is amazing (especially early in the morning or late at night). And of course, the location is wonderful. I have had business meetings in the lobby cafe a couple of times, and the atmosphere is very chill. It is very expensive, at least for my budget. But there are some good deals, and if you're a "you first" member, you get some nice benefits.
