We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Valencia, CA for one week. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We toured many museums in the LA area and the location of this hotel made it easy to get to the various locations. We had an excellent rate which we booked online at Embassy Suites website.

We recently stayed at Embassy Suites in Valencia and had a fantastic stay. We were only in town for one night (Magic Mountain) and this property was an excellent choice. It's location to Magic Mountain could not be better (less than 5 min drive and you can easily see Magic Mountain from the hotel).

We had a late check in (around 9PM) due to our time spent all day at Magic Mountain and check in could not have been easier. Being from Colorado, my two companions and I had not yet had the privilege of experiencing In & Out Burger and the receptionist could not have been happier to direct us to the nearest one ( and only 5 mins down the street).

We were spent after riding the rides at Magic Mountain all day, and the, In & Out Burger and we were very lucky to have about 40 mins to spend in the outdoor hot tub before closing. The hot tub and pool area are very well maintained.

Suite was excellent, as they have always been any time we have stayed with Embassy Suites. The hot, extensive complimentary breakfast with , made-to-order omelet station was a very welcome perk of this Embassy Suites.

Check out was seems less and we were on the road to Santa Barbara (approx 150 miles) to meet up with friends at the beach for a send off lunch before out flight back to Denver.

Would I stay here again; without a doubt. Recommend to friends/family/anyone: absolutely!

Room Tip: Our suite faced pool/hot tub interior garden, which was surprisingly quiet!

This is not against the staff of the hotel. They did make arrangements for us to stay at a lower grade hotel at a higher price and refund my money. We had reserved a smoking room, prepaid, Hilton Honors Member for two nights on a non-busy weekend after Labor Day. When we arrived at a less than half empty hotel we found out there were no smoking rooms available because there are only two smoking rooms in a hotel that has over 250 rooms but had allowed me to make a reservation, not a request, for a smoking room. At check in they claimed my profile was changed to a non smoking room. Not possible!! My print out proved that I was confirmed for a smoking room. No where on any Hilton family hotel web site does it state how many smoking rooms are available at that hotel. This is a common bait and switch business tactic. What if I reserved an ADA room which have limited availability in any hotel and none where available? Shame on the Hilton family hotels for their deceitful business tactics! I want to give you my hard earned money and follow the rules, please be honest with me and allow me to do so without being bait and switched.

Room Tip: If you are a smoker there is less than a 1% chance you will get a smoking room. This is a bait and s...

This was one of several hotels that offered a conference rate for a conference we attended in Sun Valley. From the descriptions I read prior to booking I decided that it would be worth the 25 to 35 minute commute each direction back and forth to the 4-day conference. We were not disappointed. All of the staff at the hotel was attentive, friendly and helpful. The suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. Their breakfast was excellent, offering both a large buffet and a separate station off to the right with bacon, sausage, hash browns and eggs made to order. There is also a happy hour daily from 5-7pm with complimentary wine, limited cocktails and light refreshments.

Our only disappointment was with the meal we ordered on arrival night. Our waitress suggested the flatbread pizza. Mine arrived with such a wet crust that it could only be eaten with a knife and fork because it was too limp to pick up. My husband's was at least partly crisp.

Stayed for two nights to visit six flags, just a five minute drive away. Easy parking, no fee, and easy check in. Rooms were great, a king bed suite with coffee machine and small kitchen area plus separate living room. All very clean. Bed comfy although rooms at the front of the hotel were a little noisy due to the freeway proximity. Pool area looked good and little used. The restaurant food was excellent and very cheap for a hotel, room service the same price.

The hotel clearly caters mostly for corporate customers and is in a business park. There is nothin of note in walking distance. Only grumble was lack of free wifi, charged $9.95 for 24 hours.

Overall a very good experience and would stay again of in this area

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Valencia, CA for 1 night on August 26, 2011. My wife and two kids stayed here after spending the day at Magic Mountain. The hotel is about 2-3 miles from Magic Mountain. I used my Hilton Honors points (30,000 per night), so this 1 night was complimentary!

This Embassy Suites is very modern and looks like it was built yesterday. There are only 4 floors and we stayed on the top floor. Most other Embassy Suites have 11-12 floors. Parking was self-parking and was free. The pool and jacuzzi tub had perfect temperatures considering the outside temperature was over 100 degrees on this day. We were at the pool for over an hour. When we arrived at the pool, there were no towels, so I went to the front desk and asked for some more towels in the pool area, but the towels never came.

The room had 2 large flat screen TVs both mounted on the walls. We had 2 double beds, microwave, and small refrigerator. This room itself was good, but the problem we had during the night is that there was this "drilling" sound which occurred every 5-10 minutes all night long! We did not hear the drilling noise when the air conditioner was running, but the noise did wake us up several times during the night. We did not call the front desk about it and probably should have called, but we were so exhausted from marching through Magic Mountain in 100 degree weather the previous day.

We did utilize the manager's reception and free breakfast during our stay. There are cooks who will make you a custom omelet or French toast if you want. Overall the food and drinks at the breakfast and manager's reception were good.

Despite the lack of towels at the pool and the drilling noise at night, I probably would stay here again because the hotel is new and fairly clean!

A business hotel must be efficient, quite and clean. This hotel does that. The kitchen made a great breakfast omelette, the room was bigger than average and had two TVs (?) and the reception assisted me with business matters efficiently.

Only two problems were the noisy fridge in the room and the slow internet speed in the business center. But overall it was a pleasant week. Typical business hotel.
