Stayed at property for three nights on business.

Upon arriving at San Jose airport we called the hotel to inquire about shuttle service and were informed that the hotel shuttle was not operating but that they would pay for our cab fair! This was very unexpected and a very nice touch.

We arrived at the hotel several hours before the standard check-in time and were hopeful that it would not be an issue, but were informed the room was not ready. Not a big deal as the hotel is located in a plaza with several restaurants and we headed over to Red Robin for some lunch.

Once checked in, we were very pleased with our room (a studio), as it met ALL expectations: clean, no funky odors, all stated amenties, comfortable beds, 25" TV with ample channel selection & DVD player, wireless broadband functioned flawlessly, and bathroom shower had great water pressure with no fluctuation in water temperature.

Breakfast was your standard hotel variety and while it was not anything to write home about, it was edible enough to keep us from walking over to the McDonalds in the afofementioned adjoining plaza.

Should we return to the San Jose area or visit another city where Sierra has a property, we will definitely stay with them again!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during the Independence Day Holiday Weekend at a great AAA rate of $80 per night. The room was very clean. We received a complimentary upgrade at check-in to a suite with a king size bed, sofabed, DVD Player, kitchen, microwave and iron/ironing board. The room was nice and great for a family with small children. The business center on the first floor had complimentary internet access and printers. The hotel also had a laundry room and outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet was good and included belgium waffles, sausage, eggs, fruit, pastries, coffee and more. The buffet room had a large screen tv which was great for watching the World Cup Game.

The hotel is next to the wonderful Rivermark Plaza. The Rivermark Plaza has a large Safeway, Baja Fresh, Blockbuster, Jamba Juice, Quizno's, Yan Can restaurant, Peets Coffee, Cold Stone Cremery, McDonalds, Red Robin restaurant, Indian Restaurant (great lunch buffet on weekdays), Wells Fargo Bank, cafes, bakeries, and photo/office supply stores. There is a wonderful park and outdoor children's playground nearby.

We had an wonderful stay at this hotel, four of us stayed in a 1 bedroom suite ( 2 double bed and a sofa bed) very spacious clean room. The staff were helpful. breakfast was delicious. I paid cdn$135 to expedia, what a good deal!!

Stayed only 1 night on January 8th. Hotel is located adjacent to a strip mall with some nice restaurants. All rooms are studio or 1 bedroom suites. I stayed i n queen bed studio. Room had an upscale style decor with deep earth tones. TV, DVD player, free wireless internet, nice clean kitchenette. Bathroom with separate sink area. Price is a little high (paid $170+taxes), but it's a business hotel in Silicon Valley, so I guess that is about the price range. Free breakfast in the 1st floor lounge is a notch above your typical continental breakfast, with scrambled eggs and sausage patties, along with the typical danish/muffin/cold cereal/fruits affair. Front desk staff are attentive, polite and professional. I would stay again...next time hopefully longer!
