Stayed at property for three nights on business.
Upon arriving at San Jose airport we called the hotel to inquire about shuttle service and were informed that the hotel shuttle was not operating but that they would pay for our cab fair! This was very unexpected and a very nice touch.
We arrived at the hotel several hours before the standard check-in time and were hopeful that it would not be an issue, but were informed the room was not ready. Not a big deal as the hotel is located in a plaza with several restaurants and we headed over to Red Robin for some lunch.
Once checked in, we were very pleased with our room (a studio), as it met ALL expectations: clean, no funky odors, all stated amenties, comfortable beds, 25" TV with ample channel selection & DVD player, wireless broadband functioned flawlessly, and bathroom shower had great water pressure with no fluctuation in water temperature.
Breakfast was your standard hotel variety and while it was not anything to write home about, it was edible enough to keep us from walking over to the McDonalds in the afofementioned adjoining plaza.
Should we return to the San Jose area or visit another city where Sierra has a property, we will definitely stay with them again!
