We went to Longboards on a Friday afternoon. I was a amazed at how many employees this restaurant had buzzing around. Service was good, our server was very attentive. There is indoor and outdoor sitting. The outdoor seating was packed so we chose to sit inside. It was a little stuffy for a warm humid day and could have use a fee more fans then just the 2 on one side of the restaurant. My husband ordered the slides and I order the Gaucho Salad. Asking the waiter which would be a better choice between the salad or fish and chips. It sounded awesome on the menu. It was different when tasting it. It was a very nice presentation and the chicken was very tasty but other then that it was a bowl of lettuce in a shell. Everything listed on the menu was sparely decorating the edges of the salad. The dressing made for a tasteless salad. If not for the jalapenos there would have been nothing much else to write about this meal.
My husbands sliders were simple 3 little burgers with lettuce and tomatoes. No more nor less. The fries were good and had a tasty seasoning salt added to them.
This was date day for us so although I wouldn't disappoint my husband for the effort he made to go somewhere different. This wouldn't be my first choice to go back.
