I've been here twice and both times the service was sloooooow and inefficient (ask 3 times for water, for example). No complaints about the food--the crepe was filled w/lovely fresh vegetables. The waiter, while very pleasant, served us with sour milk (in the cappucino and with the tea), forgot to bring us menus and, perhaps, forgot to place our order as 3 parties who came in to the not-busy restaurant, had their food long before we did. On my previous visit, we had similar problems, mixed up orders, no water, but all with a smile.
Being a year away from living for a month in Paris, the menu is pretty close to the real thing for the US. The bread was disappointing, but the salad and dressing were very good. The chef does a good job, even if he/she takes her time.
I must say, the waiter apologized nicely for everything that went wrong with free dessert. But if this place doesn't either hire more waitstaff, or set a higher standard for prompt service, I'm afraid this great location with it's lovely view of the courthouse gardens, will soon shut it's doors.
