We keep going back for the salsas! Los Agaves tends to be crowded, yet the food is great! The ceviche is worth fighting the chaos for and this hectic atmosphere is just part of the experience! I noticed sometimes they will have you be seated first and other times, you cannot be seated until you have paid and have a number. There is some jockeying for position at this point until a staff member helps you find a seat. Once settled in a seat, you can sit back and enjoy the food and the people watching. One suggestion, the drink station, salsa bar, and entrance to the restrooms are situated in the same dead end corner of the restaurant. Separating these and making them easier to access would be great! Folks are always trying not to spill their salsa as they maneuver their way back through the crowd to their seat.
