Such a surprise! My wife and I picked the restaurant out of the blue yesterday (April 26, 2013) while walking around downtown. As mentioned in other reviews, the menu is eclectic but there are plenty of choices; including vegetarian food. We were seated and our server came to us promptly to take our drink order. I had the BLT with avocado and my wife had the grilled chicken salad. The sandwich comes with a choice of salad, soup, or fries. I opted for the soup (cream of mushroom) and it was awesome. Chunks of mushrooms and it wasn't over-powered by salt as many other soups are. You could taste the mushrooms. My wife's salad was quite big (10 inch diameter bowl) and had a lot of chicken, tomatoes, yellow & red bell peppers, and a mild creamy dressing. Everything was fresh and the only criticism I have (which is just my personal taste) is that the dressing flavor is a little too mild. My sandwich was on a fresh, homemade bun, with apple wood smoked bacon (4 strips), fresh avocado, sliced smoked turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise that's made fresh at the restaurant. I could taste the apple wood in the bacon and the turkey meat was sliced from a cooked turkey; it was not process lunch meat. We each had iced tea and shared a slice of lemon tart with raspberry sauce. Speaking of the lemon tart, it was also made fresh at the restaurant and was fantastic. Total bill was $40. Throughout our lunch our server was the perfect balance between being attentive and non-obtrusive. Drink glasses were refilled and they were gracious and courteous. I'd return without hesitation and highly recommend this restaurant.
