The rooms are not clean manger is to lazy to give clean towels and blankets and is just cheap for real not worth a stay at all

I stayed at this motel in Austust of 2009. It was filthy, I had to use my own bedding.I would drive the extra miles to go into Fresno.

The Rose Motel has gone under renovation and is still improving. Now with new ac / heater units and new windows and doors, high speed internet, free local calling, satlite tv receivers in each room, new tile and fixtures.

This place is a dump. Even if they razed the place, the location is undesirable. If you are travelling in this area, take the extra time and go somewhere else. I saw the ratings on this place and can only surmise that the owners have visited this site repeatedly in order to give it an inflated rating. Read the review from the folks from Colorado. The Motel is currently going through a renovation and it is being done on the cheap. Plumbing is terrible and the staff is unfriendly. They act as though they're doing you a favor by letting you breath their air! The bullet holes are gone, but the room smelled and felt unsafe. I felt as if I should sleep with one eye open.
