We booked a room through the Hotel website. My daughter and I stayed here for one night.

At the time, the hotel was undergoing some major construction. On the website it did mention some construction was ongoing, but I didn't think much of it.

I hope by now that the atmosphere has improved at this hotel. The front desk personnel were generally tired, overworked, and intollerant. The bar area in the atrium is placed so that every single room can hear the noise. The atrium seemed hollow and uninviting, and the decor was right out of Miami Vice. Again, hopefully that has changed in the last year.

We were placed in this room that had old furniture and drab, dirty carpeting and fixtures. It wasn't pleasant at all. We didn't even bother with the free breakfast or the peanuts at happy hour.

If you go to this hotel, make sure they aren't in the middle of renovations.

This place gets the job done but it's not very pleasing to the eye...the carpet in the hallway screams Las Vegas and the room furnishings are haphazard...lots of colors and different patterns going on. The evening reception is a nice touch but lots of grubby, guzzlin people take advantage, ordering 6 alcoholically complicated, syrupy drinks at a time to get buzzed quickly, and the line just grows. A nuisance for those who just want a glass of wine. Since they don't check keys, I wondered how many non-guests from the area were getting their fill of free booze...some of the folks did not look like they were staying there.The breakfast is good. Overall, gets the job done but not a place to linger and reflect.

I frequently stay at the Hilton family of hotels. The people who wok there are very friendly and helpful. The lobby and waterfall are well done. However, our room looked as if it were designed by a combination of left-over goodwill, motel 6 and Reno. Nothing in the room matched at all. This would not be a problem for business travelers who just need a clean, quiet room for a night. However, for someone who wants to spend some time relaxing in the room, it was near impossible without closing the eyes. Please, get a decorator in rm 323!!!!

We stayed here for a night, with my daughter and her 2 friends.
They all had a fantastic time. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very nicely done. The rooms are a nice size, and they are very cleaned and well decorated. The beds are very comfy. That is a plus on my part. The spa and indoor pool is open 24 hrs. We went later, when none was there. We went earlier it was way to loud with all of these young girls, and their birthday parties. The pool is nice and warm, my only complaint was the hot tub was way to hot. My legs were red the next day. I have never been in a hot tub, when it was that hot before. I was told it wasn't that hot earlier in the day.
Happy hour is a plus, and so is the made to order breakfast.
