Dear Cynthia,

We are sorry about the elevator, but we do have rooms on the bottom floor that have 2 beds. Maybe when you checked in those rooms were already taken. On your next visit please let us know in advance and we will make sure to give you a room of your choice. We apologize that the linens were not given, we usually ask our stayover guests to let us know if they need housekeeping service in advance so that all the guest rooms are taken care of. We do have everyday housekeeping service for all guests except for guests who put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on their doors. We are thankful to you for your honest feedback, we will train our staff to make sure that every guest's stay is pleasant and comfortable. Thank you for your valuable feedback.

Dear Norma L Henderson,

Most of third party travel websites make bookings depending on occupancy and book run of the house rooms- meaning whatever room is last available. In such cases handicap rooms happen to come in as bookings to hotels. We suppose that's what happened to your booking, but whenever we have rooms available we do make it a point to see that the guests get the rooms of their choice. We will train our staff to make sure they deep clean the rooms, we are sorry for all the inconvenience.

“Awesome place to stay in San Mateo”

First of all,there was free wifi connection with public computer in the lobby available for free internet access.Breakfast was delicious,room was awesome except Ac but there was fresh air,specially south side.However,Rooms include a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator ,also very clean.Really enjoyed their daily breakfast and free newspaper with comfortable beds.I am waiting for next trip,hope will get their better services.Keep it up.

Room Tip: i spent 3 nights ,overall ,its okay ,just need to provide more better services.
