For the money it's ok but the beds are hard, the water pressure is terrible and the internet is slower than average.

We spent 4 days at this hotel as a romantic getaway. We turned out to be very non romantic. We booked a suite so that we could spend extra time in the room for.....well you know. The furniture in the main room was torn, broken and so stained with God knows what, we would not even sit on it! The television in the main room was broken and not useable. There was a large bedroom and that seemed to be clean and the bed was comfortable. The television even worked in the bedroom.
The water from the kitchen sink had sand and gunk from the faucet so we chose to drink bottled water. There was a fairly new single serving coffee maker in the room, that appeared to be the only updates for years.
The staff was friendly and the service was at least average. The room was quiet even though it was close to the airport and freeway.
It this room/hotel was updated and cleaned it would get high marks from us, but in the current condition we would say....find a different hotel.

out of the way, only one nearby resturant,dealt with ants,bedbugs, and noisey neighbors,rude desk staff (except for one) when complained manager was loud ,rude and asked me to leave because I complained

This felt like a studio apartment. While the rooms are large, the furniture is old. It needs to be updated. It was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was just ok.
