“Perfect... just perfect!”
Wonderful Mediterranean food - the family that owns the place is Lebanese, so there is a decidedly different twist to the menu. My husband had the Vegetarian Mezza platter and loved every bite- the tabouli is much more heavily parsley than bulgur wheat, which is that Lebanese twist I mentioned... I liked it much more than the heavier, 'Middle Eastern' tabouli. The dolmas are tender and flavorful, and have a gentle, spicy kick to them. I had the falafel wrap, with fried eggplant and potatoes added [it is an option]. We shared the incredible baklava plate, and I chose spicy and strong Turkish coffee, while he had regular [but delicious] coffee. The wine list is extensive, too.
Reservations are a good idea, and there are music and dance events, so it's a good idea to check before you go.
Our whole meal before tip [with wine, coffee, and dessert] came to about $54 for the two of us. The place was quiet and the service excellent.
