“Good Place to watch a game”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

This place is a fun place to watch a game on the weekend. Many TVs with lots of menu choices. It is a loud place, so keep that in mind.

“No other way around it... best sandwiches and burgers!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013

The place is very casual and it is self service. It is very loud and people come and go quite often. This all has a very simple reason: Food is amazing! It is the best Tri-Tip I have EVER eaten.... really I had never seen or tasted anything like it. It was straight out of the Food Network good... Portions are enormous as well! A MUST when in SLO!

“Don't Go Here! I want it all to Myself!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

THE BEST Tri-Tip I've ever eaten. Tender, juicy, smokey, THE BEST. Each time I go, I order the Tri-Tip sandwich. THE BEST! Great service, lines always, but they move fast. Open seating, you can order a sammie, sit at the bar, order a local brew, watch the game on TV, and ENJOY manna from heaven (or very close, dammit!).
Located in the heart of downtown SLO on Higuera. You will smell this place long before you see it. But you WILL see the crowds of people here. Don't be scared, the efficient cashiers will take your order quickly, and the line will move quickly. While you are waiting you can scope out a good seat, or watch the many food preparers working to fill the orders. This place is abuzz. Lots of CalPoly students - but hey, don't let that scare you either. These are generally a tamer. brighter form of college student.

ENJOY!

“Great place to grab a quick bite to eat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

If you are in downtown SLO and don't feel like going to a formal restaurant, this is a great place to grab a bite of eat. Excellent sandwiches and HUGE baskets of fries. The inside eating area has TVs, and there is a giant outside eating area. This area overlooks Higuera Street and is a good place to watch the surroundings. Casual, fun environment similar to a FuddRuckers. Great value!

“If you like Dog House in Fresno, come here”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012 via mobile

This is almost identical to the Dog House Grill in Fresno. Good food, excellent tri-tip sandwiches. Bar is good and the outside patio is a nice place to sit.... If you can find a seat. It was a Saturday but this place gets very busy... Reflection of good food and decent price probably.
