We stayed for three days in February, 2013. The location is lovely, in the midst of acres of land and they welcome dogs. The yard is fenced (very small) but our dog walked around everywhere with us off leash. The cottage is ample for a short stay. It has a full fridge, microwave and full stove. There are additional pictures at vbro.com; however, the picture of the fenced yard on this site is not the one for the cottage.
Some things need to be addressed: they welcome pets so why not provide some not-so-nice bed coverings so dogs can get on the bed; the wireless internet does NOT work. It's too far away from the main house. They should not advertise it as available for the cottage or the small house. The turntable in the microwave was not working. There was no one present at the property the entire time we were there. If you have a problem, you have to call Joleen and hope she can help you by phone. My return deposit check was not dated until 5 days after we checked out and not received by me until 18 days after we checked out - not acceptable - for $600 ($400 deposit and $200 pet deposit). There was no three-ring binder in the cottage to tell you how things worked, where to empty the garbage, how to use the microwave, etc.
