favorite of locals of all ages-absolutely no atmosphere, just very tasty food and amazing prices. still haven't made it early enough for breakfast, but i never get tired of their mushroom turkey burger. extremely casual-order at the counter, eat inside or out, among the parked cars!
You cant wrong with a hug chili cheese dog for 3.50. its tasty its cheap and its quick. this is great pick if you need cheap and/or fast and dont want to do the standard taco ball/mcdonalds. Try it, I will definitely return!

Been driving past Franks for years. Finally stopped in to try their hot dogs. It's not Der Wienerschnitzel! Mom had the Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a bun. It was ok, the egg was overcooked and kind of tough.

The place is way overrated. The chili dogs are literally floating in the chili, the fries are OK, the big problem is the self service implement 'bar' which is very small, crowded and always littered with spills. It's had to believe that Costco's hot dogs are head and shoulders above this place, but they are. Try a street hot dog instead.
Milk shakes are great, well I haven't had any thing there that I don't like. Ample servings, good value for your money. It's about a 30 min drive for me but I eat there about once a month
