Had breakfast there with my wife on Labor Day, 2011.
They offer a wealth of choices on the menu, and I opted for the machaca (shredded beef) with eggs, while my wife settled on the blueberry pancakes. Both were well-prepared, and her pancakes had a touch of cornmeal, which she enjoyed.
Service was quite good, with some humorous commentary offered by the person responsible for filling coffee cups and water glasses. The food came quickly and efficiently.
Mollie's appeared to be a very popular spot, with most of the tables inside taken when we arrived. We dined al fresco instead.
It's also a tad hard to find...if you're using a GPS, the restaurant is at the end of a long strip mall, tucked perpendicular to Camino Capistrano. Fortunately, as it was Labor Day, the fact that that area of the parking lot was jammed with cars, helped direct us to its location.
Definitely worth a visit for good food with amiable service.
